Ticket to Paradise Review

The audience for movie night at Aras Inis Gluaire is growing by the week. This week's screening was Ticket to Paradise starring George Clooney and Julia Roberts. Now, I'm not the type to go 'Swooney over Clooney,' in fact, I don't really rate him at all, which is why I was pleasantly surprised at how much I enjoyed this film. Clooney and Roberts play divorced couple David and Georgia, college sweethearts who got married way too early in their relationship and soon found out that there is a fine line between love and mistake. They had a daughter together who has had to spend her life as a referee between the ex-couple who irritate the hell out of each other. Now their daughter, Lily (Kaitlyn Dever) is about to make the same mistake they did by getting married to someone she has just met while on holiday on an island in Bali. Now the ex-couple must join forces to travel to Bali and sabotage their daughters wedding. This movie is reminiscent of a 90's rom-com set
